Alot of your are slandering peoples names by throwing out rumors and trying to drag people through the mud. It calls to mind the quote, "Small minds talk about people, average minds talk about events, and great minds talk about ideas". What habve you been talking about? Verify facts before you start slinging mud because what you sow, you shall reap. If things in Greenville are so delporable, what are YOU doing to correct the situation? Either you are part of the solution or part of the problem. I am a product of Greenville Public Schools and graduated from the high school when the current deputy was the principal there. If teachers didn't respect him, we didn't see it. He was in our classrooms and they did what he asked them to do. Was it the best, may be not. But they tried. 95% of what he told us that college was like was right on point. We just didn't realize it at the time. Did I think that we should have been given more freedom? Yes! But now I realize what I thought were"rights" actually were not and they were benefits that had to be earned. We hated uniforms and now I work a job where I have to wear a uniform. Even MDCC has a dress code. Folks wake up, stop dissing people and let's work on correcting our issues.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29570776.post-48636042895442668372009-09-11T23:41:29.741-05:002009-09-11T23:41:29.741-05:00Does she go to the black mayors conference and the...Does she go to the black mayors conference and the "other mayors conference". Insurance companies have ruined the health care system. There is a lot of abuse by the "bottom feeding scum suckers", yes, but that is what Medicaid is currently covering, it has nothing to do with the plan that is at hand right now. There are plenty of people who work very hard at good jobs that may be for smaller companies that don't provide insurance, or don't provide good insurance.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29570776.post-18202503369869736692009-08-27T11:07:44.622-05:002009-08-27T11:07:44.622-05:00Universal healthcare will ruin the health system. ...Universal healthcare will ruin the health system. With all the visitors and teams that come there during football, baseball, basketball and many other concerts that they have there people would love to have one of those places to eat. Neither one of those places are expensive. Plus the college is always having parents day, graduations, valentines day, birthdays, people always want a good place to celebrate. Plus there would be the students to work there that would really need the money for school. There are way to many sandwich shops or greasy spoons there already. I recently ate at the outback in Jackson and they have very good prices on their menu. My husband and I both had their special which was their famous outback steak(12 oz. new york strip) for 9.99. You get a salad and their good bread with that. Both of us ate for just under 25 dollars.
